Our fees reflect the standard of our service. We believe times have not changed – you get what you pay for and accordingly w e are not prepared to compromise the standard of our service because we do not believe it is in your best interests for us to do so.
Our management fee (which includes collection of rent, arranging and overseeing normal maintenance and preparation of statements and end of year financial summaries) is 8.5 % plus GST and our letting fee is two week's rent plus GST.
