 Our system of recruitment is very different from most estate agents. We are looking for people without real estate sales experience, who own or are buying their own home , who have a history of stability and, most important, who possess a fine character .

Our System does not suit everybody. The hours, particularly in the early stages, are many. The effort required to succeed is very high. There is intensive training (at no charge to you) prior to commencement, followed by a series of tests. There is also on-going training and testing on our System at all stages of a career in real estate.
However, while the effort required is high, so too are the rewards.
This is not a 'commission only' position. If you join us, you
will receive a secure salary package of $77,000 includes an education
and training allowance of $3,000. You will be required to successfully
complete a three month probationary period prior to becoming a
salesperson. In addition to the salary, there is a generous bonus
system which can easily increase your annual earnings to more
than $100,000 within 12 months of you becoming a salesperson.
